Loaded with character, the Southbury Sideboard can set the fashion tone in a dining space. The scale is perfect for spaces that can take a china but seek a more casual setting.
Reminiscent of a cottage in the European countryside, the Southbury furniture collection is both charming and elegant. Its inspiration comes from the gracefully aged painted antiques of a previous era. The personality of Southbury with oak veneers is captured in the finish where handwork and an artistic eye create the parchment finish on the fronts and end panels while the tops are treated to a contrasting fossil tone finish. Design elements from French and Italian influences not only add character, they also make the furniture right at home in both traditional and casual bedroom, dining room, or living room spaces.
Founded in 1927, American Drew is a well-established, leading manufacturer of mid-priced bedroom, dining room, and living room furniture.
American Drew's product collections cover a broad variety of style categories including traditional, transitional and contemporary. Our collections range from the legendary 18th Century traditional "Cherry Grove", celebrating its 57th year to our modern and contemporary furniture offerings with the launch of AD Modern.
American Drew's headquarters are located in Hudson, North Carolina. Our products are distributed through thousands of independently owned retailers throughout the United States and Canada and around the world.
American Drew, a division of La-Z-Boy Incorporated, is a service-oriented company. In order to offer rapid shipment of orders, we maintain a large inventory of bedroom, dining room and living room tables. Our concept of service is not limited to fast delivery; it starts with good communications and great partnerships.
American Drew finishes are naturally resistant to minor everyday hazards and accidents; however, precautions are necessary to maintain the beauty of your wood furniture. Dust with a soft clean cloth slightly moistened with water, then dry completely with another clean cloth. Always rub in the direction of the wood grain. Keep cigarettes, hot dishes, moisture and harsh solvents such as nail polish and alcohol away from furniture. Do not place beverages directly on furniture. Use pads beneath accessories when writing or eating. Remove spills and smudges immediately. Pliable materials such as plastic or rubber should not be left on a wood surface; they can damage the finish. Furniture should not be placed near heat, outlets, windows, or in direct sunlight.
