Few pieces of furniture can claim such a pedigree as the Hadleigh Double Pedestal Dining Table. Kincaid Furniture has a long history with this classic dining table style in various solid wood collections, but the Hadleigh version shown here is the favorite. Made using select, solid wild black cherry it captures the essence of classic furniture without unnecessary embellishments or ornamentation. This approach makes it a wise choice for interior designs that range from pure traditional to a more updated classic style. The table includes two 20 inch leaves that will create a maximum length of 120 inches to seat up to 12 comfortably. It also features our Kinguard Performance Finish which adds a specially formulated topcoat to add a little more protection to the finish in the event of a spill.

Like the classic tuxedo, Hadleigh establishes a sense of timeless refinement. The collection is crafted with hand selected, solid wild black cherry from the Allegany mountains with a finish that showcases the natural beauty of this sought after lumber. Within the collection is a balanced blend of the 18th Century classics with modern touches for an updated look. Intricate dental mouldings, reeded posts, bead-framed drawers and subtle hand carvings speak to the tireless focus of the individual artisans. Meanwhile, a nod toward modern style comes from design cues like the brushed gold tone hardware and textured fabric touches. Hadleigh combines the best features of new furniture technology with the authentic benefits of solid wood furniture in an heirloom-quality construction. Notable elements include the Kincaid Soft-Close drawer glide system. Kincaid also utilizes the best of the old-world construction techniques such as English dovetails, mortise and tenon construction, floating tops and panels, full dust proofing, and multi-step hand-rubbed finishes.

Care & Cleaning:

Finishes are naturally resistant to minor everyday hazards or accidents, however, some precautions are necessary to maintain the beauty of wood furniture.

(1) Dust with soft cloth slightly moistened with water. Always rub in the direction of the wood grain.

2) Do not place beverages directly on furniture.

3) Furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight

4) Remove any spills or smudges immediately.
