Stain Protection – "Don't Use It, Don't Lose It" Promise

When you protect your upholstery purchase with our Excelsior Stain protection program, you will receive our “Don’t Use It, Don’t Lose It” promise. Should you get a stain on your new upholstery, you will receive full coverage under the terms of the program. However, if after the 5-year term of the program has expired, if you have not made a claim, the total amount that you paid for the stain protection will be applied as a store credit toward your next purchase at Reid's Furniture. This would be like receiving a refund on your car insurance for not having an accident!

Full Service Delivery

At Reid's Furniture we offer Full Service Delivery. With the full service delivery your purchase will be unpacked, assembled, deluxed (if necessary) and delivered by trained professionals. Your purchase will be placed in the designated room and positioned for your immediate use. Plus, you will never have to deal with the disposal of packaging materials.
